
--- Indoor Meets (2006 - 2007): ---
Meets will be held November 29, December 6, January 10, January 17, January 24
and January 30 at Lumberton High School. These meets are open to all Two Rivers
Conference Schools and any other teams interested in participating.
Meets will begin at 4:00pm and conclude at 6:15pm. The order of events will be as follows: 3200, 4x4, 4x8, 55m, 55h, 1600, 500, 1000, and 300. Field events will be contested on a rolling schedule, beginning at 4:00. Meets will end at 6:15! If an event is not run, it will be contested the next week. To speed up the meet, the 55 dash and hurdles will be held on both sides of the track. Girls will run on the south and boys on the north straight.

(Rain dates: Tue, Jan. 9th; Thur, Jan. 18th).
The meet will be free of charge for all athletes. Entries will be limited
to 3 athletes per event from each school and 1 relay team.
Clayton High School has a 2-year old rubberized 8-lane track which had some
of the fastest times in the state and nation ran on it last season.
Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 4:00 PM on Friday,
January 5th. After this time, entries may be accepted only by approval of
the meet director. Entries can be emailed to

or faxed to 919-553-2563. Please include first and last names and grade for each athlete and relay teams so correct information can be loaded into Hy-tek.
Spikes: Only 1/4 inch or less can be used on the track surface. Admission: $5.

4th. Results will be given to local media, NCpreptrack, and NC Honor Roll.

has Pole vaulted for 3 years and finished as 2A state runner up in 2005. Last
summer Sarah was involved in a car accident which left her unable to walk.

Athletes in 7th and 8th grade who are allowed to compete for their high
school varsity teams will also be allowed to participate.
Medals awarded to first three finishers in each event. Ribbons will be
awarded to fourth-place through sixth-place finishers. Team awards will
be given to the top 3 teams for boys and girls. Entry Fee: all fees
cover up to four events per athlete. Individual: $5 (Individuals must
be unattached and cannot generate a team score.). Team: $30 for a boys
